Training Plans

Nick Anderson, official coach for Brighton Marathon Weekend has provided training plans below for all levels of runner for the 2017 Brighton Marathon. 

While these plans don’t really kick in until Christmas and the New Year period, your aim before then is to make sure you are ready for that 12-16 week marathon-training phase so that it doesn’t come as a shock. So before you get started, be sure to read Nick's top preparation tips here.
